Return Policy

Returns must be made within 15 days. The product should include all packaging, manuals, documents, accessories, and original box. Some products are exchange only.  Most products will have a RMA number and a restocking fee.
1st      Check manual for troubleshooting.
2nd     Have product installed by qualified technician
3rd      Once you have confirmed product is faulty contact us with order number and product code.
Some products will need a RMA number.  The RMA paper document must be placed inside shipping box.  Also, this number must be written visible on the outside of the box.

Edward Coy supplies GPS Hardware only.  GPS software should be downloaded in your local market, which could be in the form of a purchase or free download.  Our models are compatible with most brands of GPS software, such as TomTom, iGO and Route66, but hardware specific software such as Garmin may not run on these devices. Edward Coy provides no warranty or customer support regarding GPS software. Any software installation you undertake should be performed or supervised by a professional.
